Phil Duffy

Phil Duffy founded Interface Marine in 2006 and holds a MCA Master Class II/2 Yachts license.  For the IIMS Certifying Authority, Phil is an authorised CA examiner to carry out compliance surveys on yachts under 24 meters for the MCA Code of Practice and MLC. Phil brings over 30 years of maritime experience, including 16 years of proven yacht survey expertise on vessels from Superyachts to small sailboats. He is a published author, including the guide ‘Small Craft and Superyacht Valuations’.  His memberships include the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS), The Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA), the Nautical Institute, and the Academy of Experts. Phil also holds a Certificate in Vessel Valuation from Lloyds Maritime.
