Phil Norris – holds a Master Yachts II/2 3000 ton license, City and Guild in Mechanical Engineering, and is an Affiliate Member of the IIMS. He has over 30 years of seagoing experience both as Captain and engineer on vessels ranging from Superyachts to small craft. Phil has an in-depth technical knowledge of high-speed surface drive vessels.
