Super Yacht Surveys

The Pre-Purchase Survey includes:

• Out-of-water inspection of the hull bottom and running gear
• Moisture level measurements and ultrasound (UTM) where appropriate
• Inspection and operation of all equipment and systems; Electrical, Navigation, Spars & Rigging, Propulsion Systems, Fuel Systems, and all Machinery & Electronics
• Full sea trial with engine technicians in attendance
• Statutory certificates and documents checked for compliance
• The quality of interior fixtures and fittings and the standard of fit-out is assessed
• Oil Samples can be taken from the main engines, generators, and gearboxes for laboratory testing

Interface Marine has proven expertise with a flexible & committed approach to every project, we provide concise and in-depth analyses of a vessel’s condition supported by clear and constructive recommendations. Often with tight time constraints, all large yacht surveys have a minimum of 2 – 4 surveyors in attendance. Our office can assist in organising all elements; haulouts, engine techs, divers, hull thickness gauging, and even crew for sea trials if required.  Clients can receive a fully comprehensive report within 72 hrs of survey completion and an interim report can be provided daily.
